From
Dallas:
Drive Interstate 20 East to the Hwy 69 south exit to Tyler. Go south
approximately 10 miles until you reach the Loop 323 intersection, turn
right. Continue on Loop 323 until you come to Hwy 31 (Front Street),
turn left. Proceed driving East for two miles. You will pass the Tyler
Rose Garden, keep going 1 more mile until you get to Vine Ave. Turn
right and Rosevine Inn is the first house
on the right.
From Shreveport:
Interstate 20 West to Hwy 271 south exit. Go south on 271, which will
eventually become Hwy 110 or Beckham Street, until you reach Front
Street (Hwy 31), turn right. You will be driving west until you reach
Vine Ave. Turn left and Rosevine Inn is the first
house on the right.
From Houston:
Hwy 59 North from Houston - Exit to Hwy 69 North at Lufkin. Hwy 69 North
to Tyler. Hwy 69 becomes Broadway inside Loop 323 - Proceed straight on
Broadway until you reach Front Street (Hwy 31) and turn left on Hwy 31. You will
be driving west until you reach Vine Ave., turn left and Rosevine
Inn is the first house on the right.
I-45 North from Houston - Exit to Hwy 79 at Buffalo -
Continue to Palestine and take Hwy 155 North to Tyler. Hwy 155 becomes
Vine Ave inside Loop 323. Continue straight until you come to the
intersection of Vine, Houston and Palace. (A large Victorian home will
be on the left.) Vine Ave will veer slightly to the right as you enter
the Red Brick Streets. Rosevine Inn is the last
house on the left, with a white picket fence.
Necessary Information and Policies
There is an outdoor hot tub available so bring your
bathing suits. We provide the towels and robes.
Tyler is in a dry county so if you want to "bring your own", you are
welcome to do so.
Our Policies:
Rosevine Inn is never overbooked. Therefore, reservations are
guaranteed by credit card or advance cash deposit. Cancellation
notice is seven days before arrival date. If less notice is given,
your deposit will only be refunded if your room can be rebooked.
Unsecured reservations are automatically cancelled. Group
reservations have a longer cancellation notice.
All rooms are double occupancy-any additional guest in the room will
be $25 per night.
Check-in: 3:00pm - 7:00pm. If arriving outside of check-in times,
please call to make arrangements.
Check-Out: 11:00am
Children over five welcome with advance arrangements.
All credit cards accepted.
Sorry, No Pets.
Business Travelers can be accommodated with airport pickup, fax, and
copy machines.
Extended Stays can be accommodated at very economical rates with
limited services for the individual or corporation.
