Start your day at the Rosevine Inn Bed & Breakfast in Tyler, East Texas with a legendary gourmet breakfast—always included with your nightly B&B stay—alongside fresh coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere, with optional extended-stay accommodations available for added flexibility.

Guests are invited to gather in the main dining room with fellow travelers and the innkeepers to enjoy a warm, convivial atmosphere and delightful conversation. Our gourmet breakfasts feature freshly prepared omelets, quiches, homemade breads, coffee cake, and seasonal fruit, highlighting local ingredients whenever possible.

Before breakfast, enjoy your first cup of locally roasted coffee just outside your room as you wake to the peaceful surroundings of the inn.

The Sherlock Holmes Suite offers the added convenience of a full kitchen, with coffee and teas provided for guests who prefer to start their morning at their own pace.

Optional Breakfast

While a legendary breakfast is included with most stays, guests may choose to opt out for a reduced rate. We want your stay to be exactly how you like it, whether that includes a leisurely morning in the dining room or a relaxed start in your suite.

Extended or Weekly Stays

For our weekly or extended-stay guests, breakfast is not included. Each extended stay does offer a coffee maker and coffee and teas to make your mornings comfortable and convenient.
