- What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check in is 3:00pm – 7:00pm. If arriving outside of that time, please call to make arrangements. Check-out is at 11:00am. Late checkouts are only with advance notice and may incur fees.
- Is Breakfast included?
Daily rates include breakfast from 7:30am-9:30am. Breakfast is not available for our Extended Stay or weekly guests.
- Do you offer any discounts?
We love it when our guests come back to stay with us! We offer a 15% discount for return guests and a 10% discount for stays 2 nights or more. Call us for our special Extended Stays Rate
- How many rooms do you have?
We have 4 Bed & Breakfast rooms located in the Main Inn. We have one cottage called The Sherlock that’s on property but separate from the Inn that can be rented on a daily basis. We have 6 Extended Stay Suites that can be rented both nightly or for 30+ days depending on availability. All rooms are double occupancy. Any additional guest in the room is $25 per night.
- Do you allow children?
Children over the age of 5 are welcome with advance arrangements. Children under the age of 5 are only allowed in our cottages.

- What forms of payment do you accept?

- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation notice of Bed & Breakfast Rooms is seven days before arrival date. If less notice is given, your deposit will only be refunded if your room can be re-booked. Unsecured reservations are automatically cancelled.
Extended Stays and Corporate Lodging Policies:
Reservations must be made by phone or using the application on the Suites page and are guaranteed after we receive a $500 non-refundable (before check-in) Security Deposit. There is no refund of the security deposit Before check-in. The security deposit will be refunded in the form of a check after check-out as long as there are no major damages or cleaning needed
Extended Stay Tax Information:
Guests who occupy a hotel room for 30 or more consecutive days are considered permanent residents and are exempt from hotel tax. There can be no interruption of payment during that period. Guests who notify the hotel in writing of their intention to stay 30 or more consecutive days will be exempt from the date of notification. The Extended Stay Lodging Application is considered sufficient notice of intent. For further information, visit the Texas Law & Policies Page regarding hotel tax exemption.
Group Rates cannot be made online so please call us. They can be booked with a cash in advance only. For any group cancellations, we require a 3-week cancellation notice at which point we will refund your deposit less 10%.
