Our Suites: Vintage Charm with Modern Comfort
Our Extended Stay accommodations are located in restored 1930s cottages, beautifully preserved with their vintage charm and thoughtfully updated with modern amenities. Each suite is uniquely decorated with period antiques and themed after notable personalities from the 1930s—adding a memorable touch to your stay. All suites include Queen bed, private bath, desk, closet & drawers and High-speed Wi-Fi & cable TV.

We offer two accommodation tiers:

  • Economical Suites (Casablanca, Will Rogers, Churchill): Include mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, ideal for simpler stays
  • Luxury Suites (Lindbergh, Bonnie & Clyde, Roosevelt, Boarding Room): Feature full kitchens and living areas for a full home-like experience

Extended Stay Benefits:

  • Discounted weekly and monthly rates
  • No hotel tax for stays of 30+ consecutive days
  • All-inclusive pricing with no surprise fees
  • Responsive local team and flexible arrangements
  • Peaceful, character-filled environment for rest and work

Security Deposit: For stays of 30+ days, a $520 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable before check-in but is refunded after checkout (minus a $20 processing fee) as long as the suite is left clean and undamaged.
